Mionetto USA, leader in the prosecco category in the USA, is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Portfolio Marketing Manager (PMM). The PMM will support the Senior Marketing Manager with all management aspects of the sparkling portfolio with focus on Marketing programs development and execution, category analysis and project management. The PMM will represent the wineries to all key audiences, including internal and distributor sales force and consumers, and must insure the brands image in the market is aligned with corporate directions.


  • Develop, present and execute short and long-term strategic marketing plans (regional/national promotions, digital, social media, PR and events)
  • Analyze and review sale channels, brand and key competition, and consumption, consumer behavior and marketing trends
  • Analyze and interpret marketplace pricing to develop competitive pricing strategies
  • Supervise creative agencies and business partners in developing campaigns and creative execution that support brand strategy (merchandising, events, PR, sponsorships)
  • Monitor spending vs budget. Submit payment in timely manner
  • Manage national corporate events and assist sales force with local events (advertising, POS, PR, social media)
  • Work closely with PR to insure messaging is aligned with brand strategy, the mailing includes focus items and submission deadlines are met
  • Communicate to sales force PR efforts and results
  • Maintain and improve social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter…)
  • Visit key markets in support of market blitzes, new product launches, surveys, etc. and report brand and competitive findings as well as any market driven recommendations to upper management.
  • Nurture collaborative working relationships with all key teams (corporate teams and sales force) to help them delivering on brand volume and profit objectives
  • Develop supplier travel itineraries with sales force
  • Clear, concise and persuasive written and oral communication with supplier, executive team, marketing team, and sales force
  • Update Senior Marketing Manager frequently on brand activities and results


  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 7+ years solid experience in Marketing and wine industry, luxury products knowledge  a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of and passion for the sparkling wine and fine wine categories
  • Exceptional communication skills – very articulate with strong public speaking ability/experience and excellent written skills
  • Excellent organizational/project management skills
  • Strong abilities within Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • English as mother tongue, Italian is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel and work during some week-ends or evenings
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. as required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Strong negotiations skills with vendors/events
