Ingredients

  • 1.5 Oz Mionetto Prosecco
  • Muddle one large strawberry into mixing device then add liquid as follows:
  • 1 oz Pimms
  • 1 oz Plymouth
  • .50 oz St. Germaine
  • .50 Simple Syrup
  • .50 Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .50 Fresh Grapefruit

Procedure

  1. First add 1.5 Oz Mionetto Prosecco in large Champagne FluteMuddle one large strawberry into mixing device then add liquid as follows:
    1 oz Pimms
    1 oz Plymouth
    .50 oz St. Germaine
    .50 Simple Syrup
    .50 Fresh Lemon Juice
    .50 Fresh Grapefruit
  2. Shake with 4 Kold Draft ice cubes briefly and strain over Champagne Flute. Finish with a lemon pigtail twist as garnish.
