Ingredients

  • .25 oz. honey syrup
  • .5 oz. apple juice
  • 1 oz. blended scotch
  • 2 oz. Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
  • lemon spiral for Garnish

Glassware: rocks
Ice: cubed

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass, add honey syrup, apple juice and blended scotch.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass.
  4. Top with Mionetto Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a lemon spiral.
