Cucumber Refresco

Cucumber Refresco


  • 4-5 cucumber slices
  • .75 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. agave nectar
  • 2 oz. Mionetto Prestige Organic Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
  • cucumber slice for Garnish

Glassware: highball
Ice: cubed


  1. In a mixing glass, add cucumber slices and lime juice.
  2. Muddle.
  3. Add agave nectar and ice.
  4. Shake and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with Mionetto Prosecco.
  6. Garnish with cucumber slice.
