Ingredients

  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. gin
  • 2 drops of rose water
  • 2 oz. Mionetto Prestige Gran Rosé
  • rose petal for Garnish

Glassware: coupe or Champagne flute

Preparation

  1. In a mixing glass, add simple syrup, fresh pomegranate juice, gin and rose water.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Strain into a coupe or Champagne flute.
  4. Top with Mionetto Gran Rosé.
  5. Garnish with a rose petal.
