Negroni Royale


  • 1 oz. sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • .5 oz. gin
  • 2-3 oz. Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
  • orange peel for Garnish

Glassware: rocks
Ice: cubed


  1. In a mixing glass, add sweet vermouth, Campari and gin.
  2. Add ice and stir.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with Mionetto Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel.
