The Spritz

Bitter Spritz

The Spritz is a delicious blend of bubbles and bitters commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy bringing people together for happy hour, early evening drinks on the patio and pre-dinner gatherings. Although there are many variations of the spritz, it is always effervescent, limited in alcohol, light and most importantly, refreshing.
