Tea Thyme

Tea Thyme


  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • .5 oz. honey syrup
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 oz. Earl Grey infused vodka
  • 2 oz. Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
  • thyme sprig or lemon wedge for Garnish

Glassware: highball
Ice: cubed


  1. In a mixing glass, add thyme, honey syrup, lemon juice and tea infused vodka.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain into a highball over ice.
  4. Top with Mionetto Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme or lemon wedge.
